If you would like to translate or update existing *.ini file:
- copy and rename any *.ini file (new language)
- translate places after the sign "=" (so as it was
marked) with your favourite text editor.

- Don't change the headline: LCD EXPRESS v1.1
- Save as UNICODE encoding (Error 3)
